Before I pack it: tell me who's using each one, in the order note or through the contact page. Ages, medications, pregnant or nursing. If something isn't a fit for your house, I'll message you before it ships.

Ingredients: Lavender EO, cedarwood EO, sweet orange EO and fractionated coconut oil.

A daytime pause you can smell. A bright, grounding blend designed to support emotional balance without making you feel sleepy.
Ingredients: Bergamot FCF EO, sweet orange EO, frankincense EO, copaiba EO and fractionated coconut oil. Bergamot FCF (furanocoumarin-free) is a version of bergamot that does not cause sun sensitivity when used topically.

Roll onto wrists, neck or the bottoms of the feet, unless the bottle says otherwise. Use as needed.

Kids Sleep Support is formulated for ages 2–10. The other two blends are for ages 10 and up. Pregnant, nursing or taking medications? Check with your provider first.
