Right now, we ship exclusively within the United States.
In most cases, orders are processed within 2-5 business days*. In-transit times vary by carrier and method. Shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless specified. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your order's shipping status.
Missing Items
If something’s not quite right, please contact us within 90 days of your order date so we can fix it ASAP. Make sure to check your package carefully when it arrives — claims made after 90 days may not be eligible for resolution.
Damaged Items
We want everything to arrive in perfect condition! Please inspect your order within 10 days of delivery and report any damage as soon as possible.
Claims submitted after 10 days may not qualify for replacement or refund.
