Oil: Place 2 to 3 drops on your fingertips and smooth onto your temples and the back of your neck. Use daily, up to 3 times a day. Keep away from your eyes. One bottle typically lasts 2 to 3 months with regular use.

Lavender oil, sweet marjoram oil, spearmint oil and fractionated coconut oil. The 1 fl oz oil also includes frankincense oil.
